At RGF Staffing we want people to be free to pursue their passions and ambitions. We offer opportunities for life by connecting individuals and businesses.
We constantly explore what is possible for our future, and enjoy doing so
Kayuki Yamashita (29) is a temp worker who has enormous fun in her job at a large Japanese stapler manufacturer, where she has worked for over 3 years through Staff Service Group. The growth she has experienced
over the past three years surprised her, she says. “I never thought I would be given so much responsibility at this age and that my work would already be this varied”, she says.
In Nantes, France, Olivier Daheron has worked for Start People for nineteen years now. Like Yamashita, Oliver says he learns each and every day in his job. “Even after all these years, I am still able to
continue to grow and develop further”, Olivier says. I consider these stories of Yamashita and Olivier as prime examples of how RGF Staffing is helping people to progress in both their work life and their personal life.
Opportunities for life. Faster, simpler and closer to you
With these ‘opportunities for life’ we don’t just move our company forward. More importantly, we support our employees and the people that work through one of our brands, so they can make progress. By doing so, I believe that we contribute
to the growth and enrichment of society as a whole.
When it comes to work, we focus on proposing the optimal choices, much faster, surprisingly simpler and closer than ever before. Because that’s what this day and age demand.
Our vision, mission and values appeal to me very much and I am happy to commit myself to them. They correspond perfectly with a time in which everything goes faster and faster. They are focused on the future, a better future. One towards which RGF Staffing would like to contribute.
The challenge of learning day by day
Our core business is work, but our main focus is on creating a world in which each individual can live life to the full. Like many people, we at RGF Staffing don’t see our work as work, but as a series of challenges from which we learn
day by day. All of us at RGF Staffing can relate to this. What we do isn't a job. We constantly explore what is possible for our future, and enjoy doing so. We want to wow the world and surprise ourselves and others.
