The list is not a ranking but rather a way to celebrate a set of individuals whose accomplishments, dedication and drive are making a difference to work today, and to what work will look like in the future. The list, now it in its seventh year, is based on the impact and influence individuals have had on the workforce solutions ecosystem over the past twelve months.

Previously, Rob was CEO and CFO of the publicly listed USG People. He has been active in the staffing sector since early 2003.
