Fiscal Year 2025 was a defining year for bringing our sustainability strategy, Creating opportunities for All, to life. As a result, we are proud to present RGF Staffing’s Sustainability Progress Report for Fiscal Year 2025. This is the second edition of our sustainability report. It highlights our progress, key figures and real-life stories that demonstrate how work is a source of livelihood, personal growth and freedom.
Global conflicts, political uncertainty, and shifting labor markets are affecting how people experience work and security. At the same time, AI is reshaping jobs and creating demand for new skills, while aging populations challenge businesses to think differently about talent. These developments reinforce something we have long believed: connecting people to meaningful work has never been more important.
“Sustainability matters to us, because work is more than just a job,” says Yvonne Mastenbroek, Chief Sustainability Officer. “Sustainability is a shared responsibility within RGF Staffing. It's daily business for us all. Many of the challenges our clients face are the same ones we are committed to addressing. What gives us confidence for the future is the dedication and effort of everyone involved in our sustainability approach: our employees, temporary staff, clients, and partners. Together, we are shaping a future of work that is more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable. Because we know that work doesn’t just fill lives – it transforms and enriches them. Sustainability makes us a trustworthy and valuable HR partner.”
Annelies Hamer, Global Head of Sustainability Strategy Integration, outlines the true value of RGF Staffing’s sustainability strategy is not found in figures alone. “This Sustainability Progress Report reflects the meaningful steps we have taken across our brands and operations to turn our ambitions into action. We know that embedding sustainability into everything we do is a journey, not a destination. We will continue to learn, improve, and be open about where our work is still evolving. Supported by our clients and partners, we keep going the extra mile to make a difference in sustainable impact: that’s how we keep building a labor market that works for everyone.”
