The RGF Connect Global Week of Impact 2026 will take place from 8-12 June

The RGF Connect Global Week of Impact 2026 theme is: Building Bridges to Employment. Once again, the RGF Connect Global Week of Impact is dedicated to purpose-driven projects and community initiatives. On a global scale we will create real pathways to employment for individuals facing barriers in the labor market.

A company-wide activation

The key to the success of the RGF Connect Global Week of Impact is the full participation of employees across all RGF Staffing’s operating companies in 10 countries on 4 continents, including headquarters. The activities include:

• Work-readiness sessions designed with a clear pathway to immediate employment.
• Job matching and placement initiatives that connect candidates directly to clients.
• Targeted recruitment aligned to open job opportunities.
• Strategic partnerships with organizations that provide access to prescreened, job-ready talent.
• Client engagement activities that promote inclusive hiring and workforce solutions.
• Mentorship and coaching to support successful onboarding and retention.
