At RGF Staffing APEJ, we are on a mission to make a meaningful impact in the lives of women who encounter hurdles in accessing employment opportunities such as cultural and linguistic barriers, a record of long-term unemployment, a history of incarceration, caregiver duties, age-related biases, or disability discrimination.
What are we doing?
The RGF Connect program recruits women based on their lived experience and key traits sought by employers.
The program includes interviews, psychometric assessments, group training, mentoring, and post-placement support.
The program aims to connect women with a distance to the labour market to real opportunities and make work inclusive for everyone.

Why are we doing it?
RGF Staffing APEJ recognises the importance of bridging opportunities for all and supporting everyone to be a hero in their own story.
By providing access to jobs and opportunities, RGF Staffing APEJ is building a stronger and more inclusive society. The program aims to assist women in securing employment by recognising their skills through a behavioural-based model.
Through their local ripple effects, RGF Staffing APEJ intends to create global waves by supporting underprivileged people and people with a distance to the labour market to reach their full potential.
