In October, The CSI Companies hosted a private celebration combining its annual Family Day event and 25th anniversary festivities for employees and their families. The event featured a 2-mile run, a 1-mile kids run, food trucks, carnival rides, bounce houses, and more.
“Every one of our team members has contributed to the longevity and successes of The CSI Companies in some way. This milestone is a result of all of our best efforts combined,” said Rafe Sanson, CEO of The CSI Companies. “Throughout our anniversary, we will be reflecting on past successes while looking ahead for opportunities to grow and give back to our communities.”
A brief history of The CSI Companies
Since The CSI Companies opened its doors in 1994 with Custom Staffing, the Jacksonville based organization expanded into four specialty divisions: CSI Financial, CSI Healthcare IT, CSI Professional, and CSI Tech. The CSI Companies connects leading talent with organizations across the U.S. in specialties including finance, accounting, healthcare, technology, office operations, medical coding, and pharmacy.
In 2010, CSI joined the Recruit family. In 2013, The CSI Companies made its first acquisition to expand technical recruiting services from its Atlanta location. In that same year and every year since, CSI was recognized as “Best of Staffing” by ClearlyRated (formerly Inavero), an industry leader in Net Promoter® based satisfaction surveys for professional service firms.
Since 2018 they are part of the business segment Staffing of Recruit Group, called RGF Staffing.
The year 2019 marks numerous milestones in the history of The CSI Companies, including:
- In January, The CSI Companies launched CSI Gives Back, its official non-profit organization dedicated to making a difference in the community.
- In May, CSI was named Jacksonville Business Journal’s Best Place to Work.
- In June, CSI Gives Back hosted its inaugural gala and raised $20,000 for its beneficiaries, High School 9:12 and the Duval County Public Schools Clothing Closet.
