We’re proud to announce that RGF Staffing has joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC): a voluntary initiative for the development, implementation, and disclosure of responsible business practices.
Launched in 2000, the UN Global Compact is the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world, supported by more than 20,000 companies in over 160 countries.
By joining this initiative, we become part of a global movement of organizations aligning their operations and strategies with the UNGC’s Ten Principles covering human rights, labor standards, environmental responsibility, and anti‑corruption, while actively supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). For RGF Staffing, this marks an important milestone in our ongoing sustainability journey.
Yvonne Mastenbroek, Chief Sustainability Officer at RGF Staffing:
Becoming a UNGC participant is more than a symbolic step. It means embedding the Ten Principles into our strategy, policies and daily operations, and reporting transparently on our progress through the UNGC’s Annual Communication on Progress (CoP). This process helps us evaluate impact, identify areas for improvement, and continuously raise our sustainability standards.
Elisa Gomez, Global Head of Environmental Sustainability:
We encourage you to visit our profile on the UN Global Compact website or visit our Sustainability webpage to learn more about our latest sustainability work.
